How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

This mower is the BEST ever!! I have 22 acres, 8 of which are not wooded and I don't have a tractor or bush-hog. I pay to have it cleared once a year. But now I wanted to walk my dogs out and decided to clear some paths through the tall grass and weeds with this mower, whom I named Mathilda (after a strong woman). I use her to mow the 1.5 acres of fenced areas without issues, her "turtle speed" is perfect for me (50 years old, 5'1" with plantar foot issues). She'll go a bit faster, but it's not that big of a difference. Today I tried her out in the overgrown field and I am STUNNED!!!! She barreled through it all!!! Super tall grass, weeds, small trees, you name it. I'll never consider another brand again.
Before I bought this 22 in. High-Wheel, Self-Propelled Gas Lawn Mower, I used to dread mowing the lawn. It was a time-consuming exhausting chore that took up my entire weekend. But now? This machine is a beast. Don’t put old gas into it. Treat it right and it will mower until you’re done. I wouldn’t recommend for smaller physique women because it is heavy and the automatic on it is pretty fast even at a low speed. It’s not loud, just perfect. For the price can’t beat it.

Since I started taking over the backyard lawn mowing, I wanted something self-propelled, the mower i had was heavy and hard to push for me. I mowed the lawn shortly after i put it together, what a huge difference from this mower to the other mower. It also cut the grass beautifully, way better than my other mower did. Hopefully it lasts for many years. I will definitely update this review if something negative happens with it but for right now, i am extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Easy to use and quick. Has enough power to compress so much grass in the bagger and it won’t fall out and back into the deck while mowing. Just used the mulching mode and left zero clumps in the yard. Little pricey for being a no name brand but still better than going electric!

I purchase this mower with the hope it would allow me to be able to cut my yard again. Put gas and oil in it and first pull it started right up.Pros: It is a very powerful self-propelled machine and it does what's supposed to do when it's running. It's easy to adjust and very fast.Cons: Check all your parts and make sure everything is tight on the machine. The height adjustment labor is very finicky. Tends to pop out and drops down by itself.
