How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

I ordered this couch because I needed a new couch for my apartment. Overall I am glad I did because for the money it is a great couch. The couch is perfect for a smaller space, such as an apartment. The depth and size of the arm rests are lower profile so it fits perfectly where there is not a ton of space. I am about 6' tall, and although the depth isn't as much as I would want ideally, it is still a very comfortable couch to sit on. The bottom cushions are firm, but surprisingly comfortable, and after having it for over a month now, they have loosened up a bit to be even more comfortable (I fell asleep on it for a nap earlier today). One thing to note is the back of the sofa doesn't come up as high as a typical sofa does. It comes up to about the middle of my back, so that is something to think about if you need a lot of back support. The only other thing I would say could be improved upon would be the back cushions. They are still comfortable, but they could do with more stuffing in my opinion. That being said I would still buy this couch again. Adding some throw pillows really makes the couch pop too.
Honestly I am overly impressed with this sofa!! It took me about 10 minutes to open the box and put it together. The directions were very easy to understand which made putting it together a breeze. You can not tell it was put together by me at all. My husband thought I had bought it like that haha. It’s very soft and stylish too! I actually slept on it one night just to try it out and woke up feeling good. If you are looking for a stylish, good quality, reasonable priced sofa then I highly recommend this. It would make a great office sofa or dorm room sofa as well. I’ve placed mine in my bedroom so I can lay or sit and watch tv. It’s so cute. The fabric feels really good and matches my decor very well.

My mother-in-law had a similar click clack couch like this for a few years and my wife and I decided when we moved, the old couch would be the first thing to go. We've moved a few times and I always dreaded moving the couch as it was usually the biggest and most heavy to move out and back in. So when move time came around again (new job) we searched for a click clack couch and came across this one. I had it put together in less than 45 minutes (unpacking included). I was happy to notice that it was well packaged and nothing was missing or broken. I admit, while we were waiting on our mattress and frame for our bedroom to arrive, I slept on it a few times too - I'm a bigger man (6'3/250lbs) but it accommodated my weight easily and very comfortable for it's simple construction and design. Needless to say, if you suffer from the inconveniences of a traditional couch, give this one a try!
Handsome and functional, this comfortably seats two. Have slept on it once and it worked well for that as well, though would not recommend for multiple nights. The seats are firm, which we like, but it isn't a sofa to sink into. Would recommend.

I was hesitant to try this sofa because I couldn’t try it first BUT I really loved the look and I have been wanting to redo my living room for a long time so I took the plunge and I’m so glad I did!! It shipped fast and we had it together in literally 5 minutes. I was worried it would be flimsy but it not it’s really nice and sturdy! It sits well and the color goes with everything I am going to add some throw pillows to it to liven it up and tie it into my color scheme but I’m thrilled overall with this sofa!!
The sofa is technically a 2 seater couch, but it could easily fit 3 people. I would say it is an oversized couch to say the least! The couch is very easy on your back. There’s plenty of room, and you sit comfortably. It also seems to be stain resistant. It would be a good couch to get for a family with kids, as well as a single family. Also, my favorite part is it was so easy to assemble! I particularly look for something that is easy to assemble because I’m not handy and I can’t read directions very well. You don’t need any tools! All you have to do is snap the arms and the back on to the couch! The brackets are already assembled for you! I was surprised at the assembly for it to be such a nice high-end sofa! I would highly recommend this couch!
